ARTICLE 1 - Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all electronic or telephone orders placed by a natural or legal person (Customer) with Alza Mode on its website www.alza-mode.com, or via Messenger at https://web.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61574033099431/, or by telephone at 0697670310 or 0558899077.
ARTICLE 2 - Prices and Orders
The prices displayed on the website are in Algerian Dinars and inclusive of all taxes. However, they do not include delivery. The delivery price will be communicated to the customer after confirming their order, based on the delivery address.
Product prices may be subject to change by Alza Mode based on market developments.
If a product becomes unavailable after a customer has placed an order, Alza Mode will notify the customer by email or telephone, and will give them the option to choose another product or cancel their order.
ARTICLE 3 - Ordering Procedures
The following options are available for placing orders on Alza Mode.com:
Alza Mode reserves the right to confirm or reject the customer's order. In the event of a refusal, a supporting email will be sent to the customer.
By confirming the order, the customer confirms acceptance of all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale indicated on this page.
ARTICLE 4 - Payment
The customer can choose the payment method that best suits their needs: Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or Postal Code.
ARTICLE 5 - Delivery
The delivery address will be provided by the customer by phone, Messenger, or via the product page on www.alza-mode.com.
Alza Mode reserves the right to make changes or request further details regarding the delivery address.
Delivery times depend on product availability and the delivery service provider.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the order will be canceled.
The customer must verify the product's conformity upon delivery.
ARTICLE 6 - Warranty
All products displayed on the www.alza-mode.com website are guaranteed to comply with the specifications indicated on the product sheet. In the event of non-compliance with a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
All complaints, requests for exchanges, or refunds must be made by email to contact@alza-mode.com with the subject line "Complaint/Exchange Request/Refund Request" within 24 hours of delivery. Alza Mode has 10 business days to exchange or refund the product.
Some products are covered by a "manufacturer's warranty" provided by the supplier or manufacturer; this warranty will be indicated on the product sheet. Customers must retain the purchase invoice and note the serial number on the product in question. If the product becomes defective during the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty period, customers may contact the manufacturer's or supplier's after-sales service.
ARTICLE 7 - Dispute Resolution
This contract is subject to Algerian law.
In the event of difficulties or disputes between the two parties regarding the interpretation, execution, or termination of this contract, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution in accordance with the spirit of this contract.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties to this contract assign exclusive jurisdiction to the Algerian courts with territorial jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 8 - Modification
These articles of the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" are subject to modification at any time by Alza Mode.
